Lamplough Estate produces proudly a range of premium wines made from hand-harvested, estate-grown grapes.

Because our wines are made and packaged on site, we have full control of each step in the process, and we are able to achieve a remarkable integrity and consistency of style and quality.

White wines are fermented at low, closely controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats under inert gas (carbon dioxide) and are generally unoaked.

Red wines are fermented in open vats and hand-plunged for up to seven days before basket pressing the must into stainless tanks for completion of fermentation. The wine is then aged in contact with oak (mainly French) before filtration and bottling.
